在浙外籍人士接种中国国产新冠疫苗指南

一、有无年龄要求?

目前在浙外籍人士(驻华使领馆人员、外籍华人除外)接种新冠疫苗年龄要求为18岁及以上。

二、接种何种疫苗?

本省目前使用的是中国产新冠病毒灭活疫苗(Vero细胞)，全程需要接种2剂，间隔14-28天或21-28天，具体以说明书为准。后续根据接种点供应疫苗种类可进行调整。

三、如何预约接种?

符合接种条件的外籍人士，可通过以下方式预约接种：

1、有单位人员由单位汇总后，统一向所在地卫生健康部门预约;

2、个人可向所在地社区(村)预约，由社区(村)汇总后向所在地卫生健康部门预约;

3、个人也可直接与所在地定点医院预约接种。

四、需要提供什么证件?

外籍人士预约报名时需提供有效证件信息，接种现场凭护照及有效停居留证件接种，确保每次接种时相关证件都处于有效期内。

五、需要签署什么材料?

接种前，需同步签署知情同意书和免责承诺书，并做好个人防护，主动告知身体状况，由专业人员判定是否符合接种条件。

六、需要交费吗?

已参加浙江省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，现场出示医保参保凭证后，即可免费接种。未参加浙江省社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士如有接种意愿，需个人自费接种，目前费用为100元/针剂。

七、接种完成后有什么注意事项?

接种完成后需在接种点留观区观察30分钟，无不适症状后才可以离开接种点;接种当日注射部位保持干燥并注意个人卫生;如果出现持续发烧或其他症状等现象，应及时就医并向接种单位报告。

八、接种凭证怎么领取?

接种完成后，可向接种点工作人员索取接种记录凭证。

九、接种疫苗后是否还要继续戴口罩?

接种疫苗后虽然可以产生免疫力，可以大大降低感染风险，但任何疫苗保护作用不可能100%，部分人接种后有可能不产生足够抗体，仍然会有感染风险，特别是在还没有建立起免疫屏障的情况下。所以，即使打完疫苗，请外籍人士也保持戴口罩、勤洗手、保持社交距离等良好卫生习惯。

十、接种疫苗后还需要做核酸检测吗?接种证明能否替代核酸检测报告?

接种疫苗可以在一定程度上降低感染风险，但任何疫苗的保护效果都不能达到100%，必要时请外籍人士配合相关部门进行核酸检测。

Q1: What is the age requirement for COVID-19 vaccination?

Foreign nationals at the age of 18 and above in Zhejiang (except forembassy and consular staff, and foreign Chinese) are eligible for COVID-19vaccination.

Q2: What type of vaccine will be used?

China’s domestic inactivated SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine(Vero Cell) will be used,and two doses are required. Q4: What documents should be provided for vaccination?

Foreign nationals should provide valid documents when making appointmentsand present their passports and valid residence permits at the vaccination site.Please make sure that relevant documents are valid on the date of taking eachdose.

Q5: What papers should I sign?

Before inoculation, you will be required to sign both a letter of informedconsent and a statement of bearing personal responsibility for all risksassociated with vaccination. You should also take necessary precautions andinform the on-site medical professionals of your health condition so that theycan decide if you are suitable for inoculation or not.

Q6: Should I pay for the vaccine?

Foreign nationals who have been covered by Zhejiang’s social medicalinsurance scheme may take vaccine free of charge by presenting due insurancedocument at the vaccination site. Those who have not should bear the cost of RMB100 per dose on their own.

Q7: What care should I take after taking vaccine?

You should stay at the vaccination site for 30 minutes of observation aftergetting vaccinated, and may then leave if you have no adverse reaction. Keep theinjection point dry on the day of vaccination and maintain personal hygiene. Youshould immediately seek medical help and alert the vaccine provider if youdevelop a persistent fever or other symptoms.

Q8: How do I get the vaccination certificate?

When completing the vaccination, you can get the COVID-19 vaccinationcertificate from the staff at the vaccination site.

Q9: Do I need to wear a mask after being vaccinated?

Vaccination will produce immunity from COVID-19 and greatly reduceinfection risks. However, no vaccine is 100% effective; some people may haveinsufficient antibodies after taking vaccine and they can still be vulnerable toinfection, especially when an immunologic barrier is not yet created. So it isimportant that you should wear masks, wash hands regularly, and keep socialdistance.

Q10: Do I still have to take nucleic acid test after being vaccinated? Canmy vaccine taking certificate substitute for nucleic acid test report?

Vaccine taking can reduce infection risks, but no vaccine is 100%effective. When necessary, foreign nationals should still take nucleic test asrequired.
